Fun fact: I've not posted on my socials in almost a month.


I knowwww, you'd think I'd be stressing! I'm not. I've had moments of finding it annoying because there is so much momentum in my business just WAITING for me. But hey, I decided at the start of my biz that my kids come first. So, with the Easter break and a house move in 2.5 weeks (EEEK), I'm chillin' about my socials.

And you want to know something cool? I've still made over £5k in re-signs over the last month.



This Isn't the First Time I've Done This


I learned this lesson near the start of my biz. In my first year, I took two months off over summer and still signed over £7k in September when I came back online. No launch, no big hoohaa.


I'm telling you this as proof that you don't need 10,000 followers, a wildly consistent strategy, or all the songs and dances to get your coaching business working for you.


"Just Tell Me the Secret Already"


I know what you're thinking: "tell me the f*cking secret, everyone does this and holds back the actual juice so I still don't know how to do the thing."

Fair. Everyone does do that.


I don't want to be one of them. I actually just want to be real and help coaches and service providers build financially successful businesses that allow them to create a f*cking cool life.


So Here's What I'd Do If I Were You


Let's say you're taking the summer off socials. Right now, I'd use that time to really think about you.


How can you shed a layer and step fully into the light? I'm talking personality, brand, your depth of knowing, being, self. F*cking unleash.


Get yourself to the point where you're so bored of all the holding back you're doing — because I know you are — and just let go. Work out what you're holding back and give it up.


Yes, I know. This doesn't feel concrete and you want something real to do. But trust me.


Ask yourself: how can you reach new depths of yourself and share it with your audience? And how can you start connecting with new levels of them?

Both aspects are essential.


Go Deeper With Your Ideal Client Too


You need new levels of depth about the people you serve.


Call them out in a way they've never heard before. Get raw with the emotions and thoughts you know they have. That is your content challenge over the next few months.


Share yourself unapologetically. And don't be another one of those coaches online whose product looks good on the surface but the depth just isn't there. You're not like that — so find your depths and share them.


That is what I've always done. I've built my entire method, my Human Connection Method, around it. And it is what truly sells.


You can follow all the strategies in the world, but what people value above all else is depth, connection, and ultimately trust.


Your Content Strategy for the Next Few Months


Once you've worked out the new level of depth you understand about yourself and your ideal client, build out a portfolio of bingeable content:


  • Share your knowledge and don't gatekeep

  • Talk to their deepest thoughts — then get even more real

  • Show your passion for what you do, repeatedly

  • Find your new depths and launch them into the world

  • Enjoy talking about your product

  • Do some EFT tapping for mindset — getting yourself to genuinely believe in your product is honestly the biggest secret of all of this (here is a link to a cool blog and tapping video for you!)


And If You Think This Isn't a Strategy…


Then you're missing the point.


Coaches and service providers come into my world to change their world. To build lucrative businesses on solid, scalable foundations that feel good and fit around very real lives.


They choose me because I'm real. I showcase myself happily, I know my product is killer, and it works — I didn't even need the proof at the very start (another thing I know you worry about).
