Cathy's Journey Working with Me!

When I first met Cathy (@wellbeingwithcathy_), she was sitting at the intersection of “I’ve got the qualification and I'm trying to get clients but nothing is happening.” She was qualified as a health coach, and trying to serve a selection of woman's health issues but it wasn't quite hitting the mark.


The moment we started working together


We began by going back to the most important questions:

  • Who is her ideal client – the person she wakes up wanting to help?

  • What’s her unique superpower (her USP) – what are all the wonderful things that she brings together from her skills, knowledge, interests and experiences that only she unites, not just another health coach?

  • What’s her signature programme – one that uses all her skills, one she’s 100% behind, one that ignites her and create REAL change for her clients.

  • And finally: how do we set up the infrastructure (hello, website and social media strategy) so she can show up, be visible, be booked?


That’s exactly what we worked on together.

Why this matters for you (if you’re in a “now-what” place)


If you’re sitting there with the fire but stuck on the steps, here are the real lessons to take:

  • Clarity on your ideal client isn’t optional. If your message is vague, you’ll speak to everyone, please no-one, and end up tired.

  • Your USP is not just a line. It’s your story + your skillset + your interests and knowledge, all the amazing things about you that make you special. Own it.

  • Build an offer you believe in. Not something you cobbled because you felt you had to. Your confidence sells it. You need to be PASSIONATE about what you're selling and have total conviction in it!

  • Your business framework (website, messaging, systems) must support your energy—not hold you back.

  • Mindset is the foundation. The pivot Cathy made wasn’t just in position; it was in belief. She stopped shrinking, stopped playing safe, and started stepping into who she really is.


What you can do this week


  1. Write down one part of your business that still feels fuzzy or “meh” (niche? USP? offer? messaging?).

  2. Choose one actionable task:

    • Rewrite your target ideal client using specific language (age, scenario, pain point, result).

    • Distil your USP in one sentence: “I help to by __.”

    • Sketch out your signature offer: transform the vague into something someone wants to buy and that brings together everything you're amazing at!

  3. Choose a deadline. Let’s not let it float. Commit to finishing by [pick a date].

  4. Show up for your own business like Cathy turned up for hers. That means doing the uncomfortable, saying yes to the next-level version of you.

Finally

Cathy’s journey reminds me that when your business is aligned with who you are, what you believe, and who you serve, it doesn’t feel heavy. It doesn’t feel like hustle. It feels like joy and passion and flow. All the things we dream of right?!
